The Good Guys of Morgan Run, Inc. (“Good Guys”), provide this on line privacy statement for the benefit of users of this site.     The Good Guys may disclose the information it collects including, but not limited to, the following purposes: (1) to volunteers, independent contractors, consultants, business associates, service personnel, donors, donation recipients, and credit companies if the disclosure will further the Good Guys’ philanthropic business, professional or support function; (2) as reasonable and necessary in order to identify, contact or bring legal action against those who may be causing injury to or interference with our rights and property or the property of anyone else who could be harmed by such activity; (3) to respond to a judicial request for information, to law enforcement or other administrative agencies in connection with an investigation to public safety or otherwise permitted or required by law.
